What is The Boxcar Children Books Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we are not the original seller and you must contact and/or consult an original sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are normally made to the actual card and can take up to Four weeks to credit back. However some resellers sometimes have different policies regarding refunds, such as only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please consult the original sellers refund policy.

Oversized Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you want to return a large or bulky item which was delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you through the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized customer support team, which could schedule the pickup of the item.

Note: Don't refuse the delivery of the item. To guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

Whenever you request a UPS pickup, UPS will send a driver to the address with the shipping label within 1-5 business days. Make certain you've described the defect, damage, or error including that in the returned package. Should the original packaging still is available, return the item in that packaging. To help avoid complications with the pickup, remove any used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After the UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Following the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
